Echo Summit Fine Arts
With popular locations such as Lake Tahoe and Hope Valley nearby, the grand Echo Summit country is often overlooked by artists. Photographers seem to be the most likely to venture into the high country around Echo Lakes or Horsetail Falls. A few pastel, oil, and watercolor artists have put their brushes to canvas (or paper) to depict the majesty of the Crystal Basin or the quiet beauty of the Silver Fork. It is a region where a budding artists could make their mark.
